This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which The Academy of Acupuncture collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.TheAcademyofAcupuncture.com website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by The Academy of Acupuncture.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an
order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

An 80% refund will be offered if we receive your cancellation at least 7 business days before the first day of the seminar. No refund of any kind will be issued after the 7-day grace period. You may cancel your registration with 24 hours notice for a full credit towards a future seminar within the next 2 years.
- In the event of non-attendance, no refund will be given
- The Academy reserves the right to cancel a seminar due to insufficient participants. In this situation a full refund will be issued.

Shipping: Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Cancellation Policy

NCCAOM Information

All classes are approved for CEUs in Category One by the California State Board and the Illinois State Board. Please note that NCCAOM typically recognizes California CEUs as valid units if you upload your class certificate(s) to their website. However, we advise that you check with your individual state board and/or NCCAOM for specific licensing requirements to ensure all criteria is met.
